Normal "GPU Hotspot" temp.

Hello everyone. I recently assembled a PC with the following configuration:

Motherboard: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
GPU : Radeon RX6650-XT
CPU : Ryzen 5 5500
RAM : 2 X DIMM3: Kingston Fury KF3200C16D4/8GX
Case : ASUS TUF GT-301
CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240
Coolers: 1 back, 2 on the upper case

After assembly, i performed a quick "stability test" in AIDA. I attached the picture in the link.

My question is: Does the "GPU Hotspot" temp. is normal / relatively normal after 6 minutes in stress test for a RX6650-XT?

Yes. These temps seem okay. The GPU is going to get hot when being stress tested. It will also protect itself if it gets too hot by slowing down.
