Question Launch Box

Anyone used this piece of **** front end before? no instructions on how to use it.. i tried their forum.. lazy answers from bone idle mods. anyone know how to set up an existing emulator in windows to point it at the front end to get it to work? step by step instructions would be nice please dont post thing like .....import it...like some tosser did from there.
