Question I replaced the video card and its losing video

I upgraded my graphics card to an RTX 5060. The PC turns on, but if I open a game, besides the FPS being extremely low, I soon lose video output and the graphics card fans stop spinning. Do you think it's a problem with the graphics card or the power supply (I have a Gamemax 650W, I dont think it should be causing problems)?

Any PSU with a Gamemax sticker on it, is meant for the dumpster, not the internals of a PC.

Please list the specs to your build like so:

OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. You also state upgrading to the RTX 5060, what GPU were you working with prior?
