Type mem diagnosis into your search box and click on the icon that appears.
After the test your pc will restart then after several minutes you will be told if you have faulty ram but it wont tell you which one so turn off your pc and remove 1 stick and repeat the test.
If you replace your ram replace both sticks and dont mix MZh rates , get a matching pair from the same maker
Did you use the dual channel slots? Slot 2 and 4. Those are dual channel on like, every mainboard. Not 1 and 2.
Also, check your bios to see what is says. Maybe they are broken?
And like always... get matching pairs. Do not cross-match different brands or speeds.
