Question I bought the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle, but it doesn't show up in the launcher

Hello, I have a problem. I bought Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle, but I can't play it on my computer. It asks me to download it on my console, but I've already downloaded the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 company and multiplayer game. When I try to play the main Call of Duty game, it asks me to purchase Black Ops 6 again. I can't get a refund because I've already activated the key, but I can't play the game either. If I don't have an Xbox console, can I still download and play the game?

From what I can see you may have been confused.

The cross gen bundles I can find allow you to play the game on PS4 and PS5, nothing to do with cross platform, its cross console generation far as I can see.

are you using the Xbox app on Windows? As Kaamos_Llama said, cross gen bundles usually work for different console generations. Sometimes the Xbox versions allow to play on PC. Did you redeem the key to your Windows account login?

Yes, I use Xbox on Windows. And I actually bought the wrong version of the game. Yes, Xbox allows you to play console games through your computer, but this feature is not available in some regions. I activated the code through Microsoft on a Windows account, but I did not receive it directly, but through the seller
