HP Pavilion TG01 R5-4/8/256/1650

I want to upgrade a HP Pavilion TG01 R5-4/8/256/1650 but I can't find the PC specifications. I need more harddisk storage (maybe 1TB) and more RAM.

Does anyone know what's possible and what's required?
Does anyone have suggestions about what hardware to buy?
