My first computer

Thats how I saw it but well, it took cartridges and connected to a TV so parents saw it as a TV game
We had asteroids.

its cpu ran at 0.895 mhz
It only had 8 colours it could use on screen, and only 4 of them at one time maximum.
it used a tv as a monitor and a tape deck as storage.

We have come a long way since then. Remembering where I started is why I don't expect miracles now.

I bought the remastered version on Play station and still didn't get very far into it

I have read all the Discworld books but I don't think I played the game. Shame its not on Steam or GOG.
I would have if I had known it existed, came out in June 1999, a few months before I got my first PC.
cover art on game same guy who did all the books

I should read them again. Thinking about author made me sad for a long time, he died in 2015. I really didn't want to read his last book.

I had this long ago, I think it was its tank movement system that stopped me playing it. Still does.

Ah grim fandango, a fantastic lucas Arts adventure game. I loved playing it. had a few areas that were dull like the prettified forest and i wished we saw more of the city areas. it was slick, clever and different without compromising the Lucas arts quality.

I think there were a few bugs in the game that prevented me from progessing but otherwise, fantastic game.
