Gaming Pc build advice. Under £1000

Hi guys. I'm looking to build my first pc soon and i'm not sure what parts i should buy. I mostly intend to use it for sim racing (Assetto corsa, project cars, dirt rally etc) as well as COD. I can afford to spend around £1000 but i don't want to spend money on extra power that i don't need. I'm not too fussed about graphics, i'm only going to be playing in 1080p and as long as it looks on par with ps4 than i'm happy. I would like to be able to play comfortably at atleast 100fps. Also not looking for fancy looking parts, just something that will get the job done.

i would look at Scan.co.uk, PcSpecialist, DinoPc for examples of your budget machines so you can play with the spec etc and then see what the parts cost to self build
