Hello, I recently installed a firmware to my RedRagon k552 keyboard, it turned out that it was the wrong one, after what I did, the leds turned off and now my keyboard does not respond, my computer does not detect it, it does not appear in the device manager, please help Please :c, I want to return it to normal.

First, try resetting the keyboard by unplugging it from your computer and then plugging it back in after a few seconds. If that doesn’t work, try pressing the reset button (if available) on the bottom of the keyboard.
If neither of those steps works, you may need to try flashing the correct firmware onto the keyboard. I would recommend checking with Redragon’s website or support team for instructions on how to do this properly and which firmware version is compatible with your specific model.
If all else fails, you may need to consider taking the keyboard to a professional technician who can diagnose and repair any hardware issues that may be present.
