Critique config of pre-built upgrade

Hello currently im saving money to upgrade my prebuilt pc to these specs
MSI MAG A650BN 80PLUS Bronze 650W
MSI B450-A PRO MAX
rayzen 5 5600
MSI Radeon RX 6600 MECH 2X 8GB
i want the pc to learn blender/gaming (rdr2 gta v )
is this a good config

Don't know much about AMD except that they are apparently falling farther behind Nvidia every 6 months with things like DLSS, ray tracing, path tracing and general graphics drivers. Someone with more knowledge on AMD will be by shortly, I'm sure. They definitely make very good CPUs.

i don't need ray tracing i just want to play games at 1080p also my case dosen't have airflow nor the back or the front do i have to buy a new case?
