Question CPU Temp!

Hey guys,

Can I please get some expert opinions on the CPU Temps. They seem to be super high!

-- I was thinking of re-applying thermal paste and spreading it out evenly.
-- Also, doing the BIOS voltage reduction to -0.05.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

They're fine for a 13900k, but tell us if they are gaming or stress test.
btw, I see thermal throttling, so you'll need to address that.
What are you using to cool this thing atm ?

I also changed the VPM to -0.075 at bios and it hasn't throttled since then. Should I re-apply thermal paste? I'm pretty sure i just put in a small pea sized and I heard the new stronger CPU need more now.

Was the watercooler new from factory? If so it comes with paste preaplied and dosn't need any paste applied, Infact it might cause problems. If this is the case then remove all paste and reaply.

Seems a bit high for gaming temperature on a 360mm clc. Get good paste, I use gelid extreme, put some on the middle (not too little, the die is big) and spread evenly with the spatula that comes in the bag. I always google where/how big the die is before applying paste and try to cover that area best I can.
