Question CPU light error is on

Hi there, first time posting here.

specs:
ryzen 2600
b450 bazooka plus
2x8 3200 mhz ram x3treme ocpc white
gtx 1660 palit
corsair vs550
both ram and gpu are 1 month new but the mobo and proce are 3 years old

I always turn my computer off everytime I go to work and was working fine til last week. When I arrived and turned it on it had no display but everything was turning on, the fans, cpu fans, ram and gpu so I just turned it off and went to bed. when I checked on it later the CPU error light was on.

the problem is that the cpu error light on my mobo is on, I already tried reseating everything, made a test-bench out of my mobo box to isolate shorts. I know my board is dying cause only 3 usb ports work. So the CPU error light is on but the processor still gets warmer and warmer.
I cant get a hold of any extra b450 boards and processors yet.
what I'm trying to ask is, is the motherboard the problem or the processor?

edit: I had an after market air cooler, so cpu temps were hovering around 39c to 47ish c at 3.725 to 3.9ghz while gaming

Have you tried resetting the BIOS to its default settings and then restarting the system? To start troubleshooting, it would be best to start from a solid baseline (remove all OC settings and lower memory speed in BIOS to 2133).

Sorry for the late response.
I cant get it to post and tried flashing the bios but it didn't do anything.
