Question Cooling Issue

I recently built my first PC. I am using a Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT and when it is under load it reaches a Junction temp of 101C and i know that is not normal. I am using three front 120mm fans and one 120mm in the back of the case that is plugged into CPU_opt on the motherboard. Everything else is fine. Here are some of my specs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wifi)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT
CORSAIR 750W Modular PSU
CORSAIR 220T RGB Case

It turns out it was operator/builder error. My PCIe cables for the graphics card were intruding on one of the fans causing them not to spin. Once i removed the cables from the fan, the cooling is absolutely amazing. It does get above 72C. Thank you for the reply though i appreciate the help.
