Compatible monitor for PC

Hi gamers, Im currently looking to buy new gaming monitor , so far these two monitors look to be the best for me in terms of quality and budget:

- Philips 32M1C5200W
- Lenovo R27q-30

Which do you think is more suitable , or you think there is better monitor to pick instead?

- some info to let you know

games I currently play are

Hogwarts legacy, RDR2, Warframe, Baldurs gate 3 and cyberpunk 2077

my gpu and cpu are:

CPU - i7-8700K 3.70GHz

GPU - Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12GB

and budget is 350-500 USD
