Hi

Under £400, i have a keyboard, mouse and monitor.

Some light gaming, maybe games a few years old, tho mainly for web browsing.

Under £400 is tricky, but here a nice little HTPC build that is close. If it was me I might spring for the Ryzen 5 3400G and 16GB of RAM, but this one would be just fine for web browsing and some light gaming. Is this the kind of thing you had in mind?
