I wonder how many games the average PC player bought this year compared to the average console owner to fill out those figures?

Deepest respects to GameIndustry for their insightful looks into this sort of thing. I'm dead proud to see that Disco Elysium was one of MetaCritic's two games of the year (albeit, that's probably more reviews of the game than the Final Cut content).

It's nice to see GI remind the industry of "0 Number of CEOS [...] who have stepped down as a result of the massive cultural problems let to fester under their tenure." That should get front and centre. What a shame it won't have really done anything.

It's always humbling to go look at the Steam stats, then see how far down you have to go before you see a game you're even a little interested in.
