Question Best MOBO for an i7 8700?

Hello everyone! As the title says, I'm looking for a good motherboard, for an i7 8700 (non K), it should not exceed 200$.

I was thinking of the MSI Z370-A PRO, I'd like to hear opinions, is it good? Or any other examples? (max 200$)

Do you already own the processor? Or are you in the process in buying it?

What is the full spec of the rest of the system?

Yes, I already own it. But I have a pre-built and I will upgrade everything later on.

GPU: nVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 8 GB 2666MHz DDR4
actual motherboard: ??? (It's a pre-built, and it's a no-name motherboard that doesn't support much, like running RAM at higher speeds for example.)

Storage: 1TB HDD 7200rpm
PSU: some 300W PSU, I don't know if it's 80+ or gold/silver.. etc

I use a 1920x1080 60 Hz monitor with this.

My advice would be to not upgrade the motherboard.

I don't see what advantages it has to you. You can't overclock the CPU because it's not a -K model. Faster RAM speed will also necessitate you buying extra RAM and ~$200 for faster RAM will not be worth it. And as for M.2 slots (if your current mobo is half speed M.2 slots) they won't make a difference to game performance and would only make a ~1 second difference to loading times of games, at most.

Is there some other reason you need to upgrade?
