Funny how a monitor that has no smart features sells for more than a 4k TV you could use for the same purpose... almost like they don't want you buying that monitor...

Mainly as there are no post purchase profits to be made.

When TV's are sold at a loss by the manufacturer, you are the product. They want to profit from knowing your habits. That Camera and microphone aren't there for your benefit, they are almost as bad as your mobile phone.

Funny how phones with more ways to spy on you sell for more... 8 cameras, 5 different microphones,compulsory GPS you cannot turn off... that will be 3000

People pay to be spied on, Smart TV and phones...

glad my digital audio player has none of it. And yet some people are upset that they aren't mobile phones... why doesn't my music player have a camera? Why does it need it? One big reason to use a DAP is no distractions... no calls, no social media (unless you are stupid and install it), no ads (unless you stupid and use Spotify), no camera, no GPS. Just music

No critical thinking? No realising they can be lied to? AI isn't perfect enough yet that it doesn't get things wrong or tell people to do things they shouldn't do, so totally believing everything it says without question doesn't sound safe to me.
