Windows 11 Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H crashing randomly without BSOD

Hi , i just bought my new legion 5 pro last week, and everything runs well but there's been some cases of freezing when I open valorant and other applications at the same time.. i can still hear audio (during voice calls or zoom meetings) but i can't click anything so my only solution is to turn off the laptop manually using the power button and turn it on again... is it a driver issue? Very likely a driver error. Make sure you open the software center application it comes with and run it. You can also go here to find the software for your computer and support links from the Manufacturer. I would suggest trying to drivers and if the issue persists call within 24 hours so you can use your support as early as possible in case you got a lemon.
