Hi all.

I bought an MPOW BH415 wifi gaming headset at christmas. It was very easy to connect, once I had bought a wifi dongle, as no dongle was included with the headphones and my mobo doesn't have native wifi.

It has stopped connecting to the pc though.

The only thing that has changed is we swapped the Sky router for a TP Link AC2100 and as Sky is a bunch of sh*t I had to swap the CAT5 cable to the sky box for a while. That meant connecting the PC to the wifi network, and as soon as that happened the headset stopped working.

I have charged the headset fully
I have restarted the PC
I have checked the router to see if the headset is listed there and its not
Windows says the device is working properly and can't find a new driver
MPOW is typically Chinese; flashy website but crappy manuals and no email support.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Soes anyone know how to resolve this?
Once they're working, the headphones are great, better than my standard bluetooth headphones.

Please help.

Thanks.

It turned out that the last and first thing should be 'uninstall and reinstall' in a physical sense. I took the dongle out, then put it back in and hey barsteward presto it works.

Another of those imponderables, would only show up once I've admitted defeat and asked for help.

Thanks though
