Its probably a mix bag with every company. Asus is notorious for being bad but my RMA of a monitor going was quick and easy and cost me nothing, i was even out of warranty by a month and they extended it for me. But that's just my story. I also had to get a new side panel from Phanteks and they responded and shipped one within 24 hours of the email.
