Which laptop is better?

Well, this is the hardest decision in my life right now, which laptop is better. I'll use it for AAA gaming and programming, both are the same price $899:
-HP Omen 15 (2020), FHD 300hz, i7-10750H, RTX 2060 6Gb, 16Gb, 500Gb SSD (Refurbished)
-Lenovo Legion, FHD 165hz, R7 5800H, RTX 3050Ti 4Gb, 16Gb, 1Tb SSD (New)
I was thinking that Legion's 4 Gb of Vram won't be enough for future games, so what do you think?

I also think HP Omen 15 (2020) is better because RTX 2060 6Gb has a better overall benchmark compared to RTX 3050Ti 4Gb and also has a better screen refresh rate (FHD 300hz).

In terms of performance, they're so similar you can barely see the difference. 3050ti has much better 3D performance with 5% differences, as I said it almost shows no difference.

But the rtx2060 uses less power, so it will have longer battery life. Plus, SSD 1TB is way better than 500GB, which is better with programming. When it comes to CPU, Ryzen can outperform intel and vice versa. You're right, it might be not enough in the future, but I think you're still able to use that after 5yrs.
