Which gaming monitor should I choose to buy?

I'm leaving to head back to school in a week. But before I leave home, I want to buy a new gaming monitor that I can use to play games with when I have some free time. There are two I have my eye on that are being sold for cheap at my local store:

1. Predator XB273 - $269
2. MSI 32 Gaming Monitor - $299

I've heard good things about both brands, so I wanted your opinion. Which one would be good to invest in?

My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 3 5300G with Radeon Graphics.

I have two GPU's. My GPU 0 is an AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics. My GPU 1 is an AMD Radeon RX 5500.

Then I would look at a 1080P resolution monitor. Preferably IPS with FreeSync and a high refresh rate.
