Question What is happening?

Quite a while ago, I started hearing an electrical sparking noise or something like that, thing I never heard before. I moved the PSU cable a bit and it stopped, then it started again and again, never ending. It's been 3-4 weeks now with the same problem and now my PC also freezes randomly when that sound starts, also buttons like Restart/Power button don't work. Any idea of what that could be?

I would get a better PSU, something made by Corsair at very least.

My guess is the PSU about to die, I would advice replacing it ASAP before it does something nasty, better not risk it
