upgrading RAM for AMD Ryzen CPU, timing and voltage setting information sources sought

The RAM is Corsair Dominator kit of two 48gb 6600MTS DIMMS. (CMP96GX5M2B6600C32)

Motherboard: Taichi Carrara x670E
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070S
PSU: EVGA platinum 1600W

This ram is on the QVL for the black version of the motherboard, not the QVL for the white carrara which is a smaller list.

AFAIK the RAM sweet spot for Ryzen 7000 series is 6000MT/S and around C30. No idea on overclocking and tuning it.

You might get some more help over at Toms Hardware. This is a gaming forum first, so not many hardware tweakers around.

I am not sure about speed but I have seen the 6000 before as it matches the speed the CPU memory controller gets 1:1 speed with ram. I have noted I don't want anything faster than 6k on next PC (with similar ram config)
