Trying to remember a Point and Click game

Hi, I am trying to remember the name of a game that I played long ago (maybe 1995-1999 on CD-Rom), It was a Point and Click, adventure type game.

The game had a futuristic, Sci-Fi or Cyberpunk type of setting (not space quest). All I remember was, you start off wandering around a city and you some how get tickets to board a cruise on a space ship of sorts...

Does this ring any bells?
