Total Newbie and in need of help finding a prebuilt

This forum is amazing! I am a total newbie and not a computer savvy person besides using them for work. Anyway, our son is 14 and looking for a prebuilt gaming PC for him for the holidays. I really have no interest or ability to build. He will most likely play flight simulators, etc. I read some folks say buy a NZXT H510 elite. But I am truly lost. Thanks so much for your help

I'll post a build here and if you like you can order the components and take them down to a local mom & pops PC / laptop repair shop and have them assemble it for you.
