Hi i will buy soon a ryzen 7600 and want to buy an arctic 34 duo esports cooler. Is it enough to keep the 7600 cool?

What case will the 7600 be in?
What other cooling will be installed?
What kind of clearance for airflow around the PC?
What is the highest expected ambient temperature in the room where the PC will be switched on?

It comes with 2 x 120mm fans attached, it should keep cpu cool
