Is this upgrade okay for my custom built?

I built my PC about 3 years ago with a 1660S and a Ryzen 5 3600. So far the PC has been pretty good actually, but some games don't run how I'd like them to. For example, Risk of Rain 2 and Crab Champions both dip under 240fps (ror2 even <100) at times, and I cannot play Forza Horizon 5 in 4k60. I also want 60fps in Tears of the Kingdom. To be clear, I hardly play triple A games. To add on to this, I switched to Linux recently which sees much better graphics drivers for AMD. Anyway, I wanted to know if the RX 6700 xt is okay for my build. I was looking into the 7600, but apparently this one is better - and I found a pretty good deal that shaves off ~$60 from the $330 price (a $30 less value deal was available for the 7600). The model is a Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. My PSU is a Corsair CX550 (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600. For more details, here is my full build. My questions are: 1. Will my PC bottleneck my GPU in any significant enough way? 2. Is this GPU worth the extra $60 compared to the Sapphire Pulse rx 7600? 3. Will this GPU put too much stress on my PSU? 4. Is an upgrade to this (from 1660S) worth it, based on what I want?
