Question Rattling noise yet unsolved

Hi all. I posted a couple months ago about a rattling in my pc case. I ended up going through changing fans unscrewing and tightening but I’m still unsure if this is a fan issue or something else any help would be appreciated thanks! *See video for sound and reference*

Hi. It's hard to say, does it get worse as the fans rev up, or does it stay the same?

I've had cables be to close to fans before and it can brush and make a scratching noise.

I've had cables be to close to fans before and it can brush and make a scratching noise.

It stays the same the whole time and it's just constant noise. About 10 months ago something happened where one of the fans really broke and make a huge rattling noise and it was extremely loud, but now its quite but has been going on ever since
