I would like some people to suggest improvements if any, without increasing price

Main usage: gaming and productivity [mostly productivity]
I like quiet PCs, I dont like high temps

I am in Bangladesh and my preferred websites are usually just the tech websites like techland,ryans, but i use startech the most. [this picture is from startech] budget is 90k taka aka $738.86

I mainly went with AM5 because am using this PC for the next 5 years, so i decided to futureproof it with recent things. [atleast i think its recent]
