Problems with geforce experience

Hi everyone i am using google translate so i hope to explain me well
I installed geforce experience but the webcam does not appear on the layout settings so I can't set it or use it
Furthermore, if I go to "live dial broadcast" and activate it, it does not make me set the destinations (facebook, youtube and twitch) and not even the other data so I can't even do the live streaming
How can I solve it? I'd like to work with Geforce to not install other external programs.
