Problems with gamepad

Hi, everyone. I bought theese two gamepads. But i cannot use it in notebook. Both of them are connected to the notebook via bluetooth. But in game they dont work. I cannot do anything with them.

I would return those and use a legit Dualshock (PS4/PS5 Controller) or an Xbox controller. Those work with notebooks, laptops, desktops etc. via bluetooth or a direct connection and feel much better than 3rd party, imo.

Can you state what games you're trying to play with that controller? I tried looking up some solutions, took me a while to come to the brand of the controller. See if this helps you out however I would highly recommend that you invest in quality hardware when they actually offer ease of installation and ofc ease of connectivity/drivers/support.

I play fifa 21 , pes 21 and so on.
I can connect the gamepad to notebook. You can see from picture. But in game there is no any reaction from gamepad 🙁

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? I hope you've followed through the video I'd linked...?

Throwing money at a problem doesn't usually solve it. You should return the controller and pick up a reliably built one, like the ones mentioned above by DXCHASE.
