We want to know what PC gaming hardware you lovely people love. What is the gear that sparks joy in the heart of the PC Gamer community? We're not necessarily talking about the most powerful technology known to siliconkind, we're talking about the PC hardware that real people use.

We've been canvassing opinion across the PC Gamer forum and on social media, and have come up with a shortlist for each of our gaming gear categories. And now it's your turn to help us figure out which manufacturer of tech is your top pick in each category.

Each day we're going to be asking you to choose from the shortlist which product means the most to you, or which you think is deserving of the PC Gamer Reader Award.

Today we're looking at the mouse makers that most of our readers picked, and we want your votes!

The shortlist is:

  1. Corsair
"Probably not the world's best mice, but comfortable as heck."
  2. Logitech
"Reliable & accurate. Need nothing more."
  3. Razer
"Comfortable and the most fit-for-purpose mouse I've ever owned."
Make your voice heard via the poll above.

6 months ago, this would have been easy for me to vote Corsair, but the iCue software finally killed it for me. However, iCue is STILL better than the new G-Hub which is possibly the worst bit of software I have used. Razer is not even a consideration for me. The items I got from them in the past lasted about as long and as well as madcatz crap, but cost about 10X more.

All in all I vote logitech because they make well functioning, long lasting, equipment.

I have what I'll term a 'special' mouse by Logitech. It is a mouse that I've had since my earlier days of gaming. Harkening back a good 13 years at least. A good 'ol Logitech G5. Here is one on eBay for $275.00
I'd like to try a Csair or Razor at this point. Just to see what they have to offer. It's not like a seven year itch or anything, but am curious how they handle.
