I know that the new Intel chipsets are some better stuff , but Ryzen came out with some big hits in the gaming industry with the new 5th Gen Ryzen processors ,as well as in performance for most games you might see some better results in the Ryzen part than in Intel , a Ryzen 5 or 7 processor along side a B550 Motherboard which supports PCIE 4.0 that will help with the RTX 3070 would make a good ass build , as well as for the price it would be cheaper , this year from what I've read and seen , they are kinda ripping off people with the prices on the new processors and the performance they give as for Ryzen they are putting some amazing work into they new set of processors . I would suggest you take in count the Ryzen processors as well just because they are a better choice for gaming . Best of luck in getting your parts and building the beloved PC !
