Question PC beeps and won't boot. Freezes on logo, won't go to BIOS

Hi,

My PC beebs and freezes at American megatrends logo. Want go to BIOS or will not boot. I disconnected all the USB devices and hard drives. I checked ram memory by disconnecting it one by one and still nothing. I've got no more ideas. Can anyone help me please?

I fixed it, it was the motherboard battery. Thanks anyway.
