Other than Valve, what video game developer/publisher would you most want to work for.

I say "Other than Valve" because their employees make over $1 million/year, and it is apparently one of the most pleasant places to work on this planet. You almost would have to be nuts to turn down a job at Valve.

So looking at everyone else, for me it would be Larian. Swen Vincke has consistently been vocal about the big companies in the gaming industry. Company culture comes from the top and it trickles down to everyone. If you have an angry, rude CEO, then the Vice Presidents are angry and rude because they have to deal with the CEO. That makes the middle managers angry and rude, etc. Next thing you know you have a cashier cursing a customer. Anyway, Swen seems like a good leader to me.
