Save 67% on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 on Steam
Embody the superhuman skill and brutality of a Space Marine. Unleash deadly abilities and devastating weaponry to obliterate the relentless Tyranid swarms. Defend the Imperium in spectacular third-person action in solo or multiplayer modes.store.steampowered.com
I dont mind linear as a rule but thanks for the feedback. Will have a think about it. I'm halfway through a few other things so not desperate to buy it, but single player AAA FPS or TPS are a bit thin on the ground these days and I like a bit of 40k.@Kaamos_Llama I tried it for 20 minutes or so, but it was just too linear for my taste. I did like Gears of War, so I can't say I am too picky, but yeah, it is what it is. I'm going to try out Warhammer 40,000: Boltun - Words Of Vengeance instead.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun - Words of Vengeance on Steam
Type like your life depends on it in Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun – Words of Vengeance! Smite the enemies of the Emperor with every keystroke spelling their demise. But every typo could mean the difference between life and death.store.steampowered.com
This one took me by surprise. I thought it was just run-and-gun, but it's a boomer shooter typing game! I made it to the fourth boss before my fingers needed a break. Will try to finish, it's pretty kickass!🙂![]()

Have you ever played the original Warhammer 40k Boltgun? It is, in fact, just a run and gun, but it's a very fun one. I've actually got a game going now. This one took me by surprise. I have not, but I wonder if the one I have is the typing version of that since I noticed similar bosses looking at the trailer.Have you ever played the original Warhammer 40k Boltgun? It is, in fact, just a run and gun, but it's a very fun one. I've actually got a game going now.
Beats me. Only moments ago I was shocked to discover there was a typing version. For me, typing kind of rules it out, but that may be added fun for everyone else.I have not, but I wonder if the one I have is the typing version of that since I noticed similar bosses looking at the trailer.
Yea its a good shout, Ive played about 5 hours of Boltgun and I thought it was pretty good, just stopped playing it because something else came up but I mean to go back one day.Have you ever played the original Warhammer 40k Boltgun? @Kaamos_Llama if you aren't interested in the typing part, maybe try the original.

I'm just bringing this up to you all because I can't stand typing. I imagine there may be other opinions 🙂
The ones out of that list that I know about seem to be very good. The only one I have is Boltgun. It's pretty cool that they give you credits for games you already own.Anyone into boomer shooters Digiphile has a pretty tasty 7 games.

Boomer Shooter Blueprint
7 must-play Boomer Shooters from the past few years, picked by KIRK COLLECTS. Boltgun, CULTIC, Selaco, Beyond Citadel, MULLET MADJACK, I Am Your Beast, INCISIONwww.digiphile.co
besides boltgun, the others i haven't got and i do want. The price? £15 (its £12/£13 but digiphile adds an additional tax fee). But on the other hand, its probably the best price to get these games at a knock down price. So its a good deal, but oddly i can't pay with paypal.
The credits is good in theory, but the execution is a bit horrible. if you check the exchange section you realize that they expect x3 of your credits to trade in a game. it would be in fact cheaper to buy them with cold hard cash. If they had a 1:1 swap i would absolutely agree. The ones out of that list that I know about seem to be very good. The only one I have is Boltgun. I might get the first Watch Dogs, Steep and Rider's RepublicOoo, good prices on the South Park RPGs, Star Wars: Outlaws, the Watch Dogs games, Assassin's Creed games, Dark Messiah of Might & Magic... They've never been top tier for me, but they have been second tier for a mighty long time!
