Noisy GPU Fan - Opinions needed

Hi, I'm having issues with a new PC build, specifically the noise of a PNY NVIDIA RTX A2000 fan. Can someone listen to the 10-second video in the Dropbox folder and tell me if I am being over-sensitive and it's sounds normal or not... Thanks.

That sounds like a fan rubbing against something. I would remove the GPU and make sure the fan isn't touching anything.

That sound would drive me nuts.

Hi, thank you. it is driving me nuts. Its a work PC and I have had to put up with it for seven weeks. The PC builders say it sounds normal from the 3 videos I have given them but insist on sending the card in for a diagnosis. The problem is that renders my PC unusable for about 2 weeks they say! Does not help that NVIDIA are having issues making or delivering those cards since I bought them.

Hi i have the same issues, i got 2 cards but only one makes that exact noise, the other one is quiet.
2x PNY A2000

It could be as simple as a misplaced wire or nub of plastic on the shroud of the cooling fan. Literally take five minutes (or less) to examine.
