I managed to squeeze in an hour of Worshippers of Cthulhu this morning. It's a solid city builder, but the cult management was less impactful than I expected. The biggest change is that you have to manage the amount of citizens you have, as you need to assign them to specific jobs and use them as sacrifices, and you only get a couple of them every so often.

I do really like the atmosphere, the art and the general vibe of the game. It feels more impactful to make a city of devout followers of an eldritch god than to build a little village on a random island in the new world like you do in Anno.
