Hey guys! So I finally decided I am going to build my PC by myself and I am so excited to get started. I have a PC which is not working (the guy who built it can't figure it out either) and I plan on trying to sell it for as much as I can. I need help deciding on parts because I plan on building this one myself. I'm linking the list for the parts I want, I plan on going for the white aesthetic look with pretty colors. 2 things: I can't decide between the i5-9600K or the i7-9700K and for the GPU idk if I should wait for the new 3070 to come out or get the 2070S. Any help or advice is appreciated!! (p.s. plan on using for gaming and streaming and homework. and eventually VR) I also already have SSD's

have you looked at the intel 10 gen range as they're out now with the 11th gen coming in March would make your 9th gen 2 gens old in a few months of purchase.

Okay, so bare with me this may get odd. So, Nvidia release information on this amazing card with stats that were nothing short of insane... this created a lot of hype. Nvidia released these cards and the demand was through the roof, card manufacturers didn't even have anywhere near enough stock. So, as it would turn out someone made a bot for people who buy and collect shoes. This bot allowed people to purchase items before actual not a robot people could add the item to cart and buy one. Some people who used these bots, turned around and sold the cards for insane prices. Sadly there are enough people that are buying them from scalpers that we the 'normal' people will most likely not see one till well in 2021. But hey, this couldn't possibly be as bad for the 3070....right?

As far as the GPU concern , i would suggest RTX 3070 over 2070S, as the benchmarks shows 3070 is powerful than 2080 Ti. But its a matter of Availability.

You won't get a 3070 until next year if your lucky. I'm looking to get a 3060TI when it drops but. I think it's gonna be hard. Scalpers are getting everything first. After the craziness dies down then I'll get one.

Your build looks pretty good, however as you've already stated you'll wait until the release of the 3070 you should just wait until then to build the whole thing. The Intel chips you mention will be twice out of date with the release of AMDs new chips next month by the time you buy a GPU and finish the build.
