Hi, my name is Jake.

I built my gaming PC about 2 years ago mainly for streaming and rendering edited videos for my Youtube channel. I am having hard time streaming Mafia 1: Definitive Edition. My PC gets the work done when I use Adobe Premier for editing videos, but in a very glitchy way.

I use my CPU as an encoder while streaming. In game, it all looks fantastic without any lags or dead pixels. But when I see recorded and streamed videos, they LAG so much! My CPU cooler had a problem for quite a long time, so that may be the reason of aging my threadripper CPU.

I recently replaced my CPU cooler to Corsair H100i, but same thing happens. I have tried using Nvenc option for encoder, but too many dead pixels. What do you guys think? Any suggestion on how to better the quality of my streaming experience? Will getting 2nd generation threadripper CPU be worth?

Also, I have read in forum that getting a fluid motion AMD graphics card, and setting it as a streaming encoder will better my streaming quality. Will this work?

Honestly, I do not want to spend too much money on this. The cheapest way to solve my problem would be great.

Here is my PC specs:
CPU: Threadripper 1900x
Graphics: EVGA FTW2 1080 8gb
Motherboard: ASUS ROG ZENITH EXTREME
RAM: Corsair Dominator 8gb x2
Power Supply: 850W
SSD: Samsung 960 Evo 500GB

Thank you for your time reading my thread. Hope you all have a great and safe week.
