Question Need help with RGB wiring and general wiring on custom build

I have a few questions when it comes to the wiring. First thing is I had to move a rgb controller to fit a new radiator which ce with and was connected to my new gpu which is a EVGA RTX Ti 3080 12gb Hybrid. When I was squeezing it in another wire came disconnected. This wire has 3 connections on it. One is white 5pin female which I think it came from motherboard but not sure. Another connection split off that wire was a 3 pin female connection. The last one is connected to the psu with a small connection.

If anybody could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
