Need help buying this monitor

Hi all,

The monitor says Display Port 1.2. I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6, and I was wondering if I would get 165hz in 2560 x 1440 over display port to usb c?

Also, please recommend a display port to usb c as I have no clue which one would be suitable for this.
