Need help deciding which Monitor deal

Hi! Brand new here. Wanted to get some advice on which monitor deal is best value and suits my usage best. I’ve found the following used monitors listed near me: (Used, good condition unless specified)

• LG UltraGear 27GL83A-B - $130 1440p 144Hz Link
• Acer Predator XB271HU - $200 1440p 144 Hz Link
• Dell S2721DGF - $250 1440p 165Hz Link
• NEW ASUS TUF VG27AQ - $200 1440p 165Hz Link
• Samsung C27HG70 - $250. 1440p 144Hz Link

I will be using the monitor for mostly PS5 and some PC gaming as well as general school/work use. Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to monitors! If you think I'm better off buying a new monitor, let me know! (budget ~$250).

LG has a decent panel and that particular one is G-Sync compatible. Tough to beat that price seeing how that monitor usually retails for $300 USD. If your gpu is able to push over 144 fps then the Asus monitor would be way to go imo.
