Question My graphic driver sometime dont work

Sometime when i boot up my pc and try to play osu or other games it said i dont have or my graphic driver it out date despite i have it installed/updated, i have to reboot the pc to make it work

My spec are:
mobo: G31M-S2C
Cpu: core2duo E8400
Gpu: gtx 650
ram:4 gb ddr2
And my psu is Vision 600w
It age atleast 10+ year old XD
My dad buy this pc when i was just born, i just upgrade the cpu and gpu a few day ago

You might want to replace that PSU ASAP, unless you want that PSU from damaging the rest of your components or worse, cause a house fire.
