Frist off, include the make and model of your laptop. Second, mention the OS you're on at the time of writing. Third, might also want to include the age of your laptop and any possible upgrades. This way we're somewhat informed of what might be wrong with your laptop.

1TB SSHD + 8GB SSD
8gb ssd? optane? no reference.. odd size

if its only got a 1tb sshd in it, and always at 100%, I would consider getting a new ssd instead as it could be drive is on its way out.

try running crystaldisk info (download from blue buttons) - https://crystalmark.info/en/
and check health of drive out
oohh i see thank you very much brother

Windows 10 can get corrupt during a failed update process, it doesn't essentially mean that the laptop came with a corrupt OS, rather that the OS got corrupt along the way(i.e, in the 3 years you've been owning it). You might want to learn that the OS needs to be connected to the internet and needs to be kept up to date as opposed to the older versions of Microsoft's Windows OS.

That being said, if Disk usage is at 100% during idle after booting into GUI, you will need to reinstall your OS. Recreate your bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Good chance you have a program/app which starts when you boot Windows. Malware is the most likely, especially if you havent kept Windows up-to-date. Crypto mining hijacks are popular these days.

Check one of these, they should have links to sites which will run a remote malware check on your machine:

Also check the Startup tab in Task Manager, turn off any apps there which you don't NEED to start when Windows boots.
