Hi, I wanted to offer my potential PC build to these forums for feedback. I am looking to build a new PC to replace one I built four years ago. The PC would be used for a mix of gaming, twitch streaming, and productivity such as occasional video and image editing.

I'm comfortable with $1700-$1800 in price given the choice of GPU; the maximum I'm willing to spend is $2000. This build as of time of writing comes in at $1700. (I see that 7700X discount on Amazon ended as of today!)
I had originally opted for the 7800X3D, but seeing that I would probably use the PC for more than just gaming, I'm not sure if the X3D might still be justified? I also saw some suggestions that I should step up to the more powerful 7950X3D.
I ended up choosing the 4070 Ti Super as it appears to have the edge over Radeon for streaming and productivity tasks.
The types of games I enjoy are simulation games (including Flight Simulator, Truck Simulator [ATS/ETS2], Train Simulator/Train Sim World), as well as action and adventure (I'm itching to continue games like the Yakuza series and also try out a game like Ghost of Tsushima). I tend not to do first-person-shooter or MMO games as I am horrible at those :)
I'll be keeping my monitor which is a MSI MAG321QR.
Looking to start the build, the earliest, at the end of September. Might look at online retailers like Amazon and Newegg, or local outfits like Micro Center and B&H.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your feedback! I think now I may be looking more into the 7700X as the 7800X3D price is continuing to climb...
