Question Low FPS

I have discovered that my PC is performing by far worse than some PCs on youtube with almost the same specs as mine (for example when I play Warzone I get like 60 fps on low and the video shows they could easily play on medium/high on 70-80 fps). My PC specs are:

Ryzen 5 1600

Gtx 1650 super

Mobo: Asus B350 Prime Plus

16 gb ram 2400mhz

1TB HDD WD Blue

have you activated all cores of your cpu? helped mine massively when warzone wasnt noticing my cpu capabilities
documents > call of duty modern warefare > players > open adv_options.ini
then in renderworkercount change the number to your actual cores of your cpu.
mine was half.
