this one is odd, unpopular, and a huge personal preference and just wanting to see if this is possible.

What i want to do is to use joycons for my FPS games; i truly enjoyed joycon gyro aiming more than any other controller for these types of games but want to run the games on the pc i built; i know using joycons is possible; so thats an easy "YEP, go for it!" however, thats where this gets tricky.

i, also LOVED the razer Tartarus back when i was a serious gamer; and while i have a gaming keyboard already it just isnt doing it for me. I'd REALLy love to be able to use the razer tartarus (or similar devices) simply because i can move with the joystick on it, space is right there and **** and i have all the beautiful buttons i can click clack on right there.

so, can i use them TOGETHER? Like; id love to be able to use the razer tartarus (or another similar device) with my left hand- but hold the JoyCon in my right hand; this way i can use gyro aiming AND the joystick on the tartarus without being limited to the iffy at best JoyCon joystick to move; i fear using joycons plain on my PC would just lead to issues as i know the joycons joysticks arent the... best.

IDK if i'd have to like make a whole ordeal out of this with rewiring stuff and what not or if its as simple as plug the tartarus in and pair ONLY the right joycon and good to go or what; i have been away from computers for a few years (homeless) and just built a new one so im kinda re-learning a LOT. win 7 to win 11 is a huge leap already let alone not really using computers until recently xD

imma go finish my bowl; hoping some advice comes in <3

well, you can attach the Joycons individually to a PC, this guide might help:

Seems this is the suggested Tartarus now
